Healing with Grace is like entering a magical chasm and being touched by something so deep and authentic that you are, for the rest of your life, more fulfilled, alive, and enriched with the essence of life. Grace walked beside me in my personal questioning at a time when I needed her to. This may not sound like much of a testimonial but when I went through my corporate downsizing journey there were many who offered advice, many who gave easy answers and many who because of their own insecurities and fears could not walk beside me. I attended individual and group sessions with Grace at the Soulground centre over the course of about a year and a half. I found Grace to be a gifted and creative therapist, a wise soul guide and a skilled group leader. In our one on one sessions, she created a safe and sacred space where I was able to find healing for old wounds and let go of old patterns that no longer served me. Her unconditional caring and respect for me helped me to do this and to gain new respect and love for myself. Her knowledge and use of the medicine wheel and its associated archetypes and subpersonalities enabled me to gain a deeper insight into many parts of my psyche which I had not previously explored. In group sessions I learned how to speak and listen from the heart. As part of the group experience, Grace led us on a kind of mini vision quest where nature itself became part of my healing as I connected with trees, birds and streams in the natural world. I gained much from my time with Grace, but the greatest gift I received was the gift of accepting myself just as I am - I am so grateful for that.
