Grace walked beside me in my personal questioning at a time when I needed her to. I attended individual and group sessions with Grace at the Soulground centre over the course of about a year and a half. I found Grace to be a gifted and creative therapist, a wise soul guide and a skilled group leader. In our one on one sessions, she created a safe and sacred space where I was able to find healing for old wounds and let go of old patterns that no longer served me. Her unconditional caring and respect for me helped me to do this and to gain new respect and love for myself. Her knowledge and use of the medicine wheel and its associated archetypes and subpersonalities enabled me to gain a deeper insight into many parts of my psyche which I had not previously explored.
