This is an opportunity to work individually with me, but over a concentrated period of time. Together we will create an individualized agenda that takes into account your unique needs. The format is intended for those who long to dive with depth and intensity into their soul journey. This courageous and co-creative opportunity is guaranteed to change your life!
You may decide on a format that ranges from one to four days. Below are outlines of two healing “templates” that give you an idea of the kinds of work we might do together. You might also choose to work as part of a group of two or more, which would cut the cost significantly.

- Breaking your heart to find it – the value of grief and sorrowful empathy
High Heart
- Creating and supporting a lifelong spiritual practice
- Falling in love with God – the ecstatic use of chanting and thankfulness meditation
Throat
- Learning to speak the full truth. Finding the ways you hide out behind non-expression
- Practising clairaudience as a tool for right living

Grace works both individually and in groups to guide participants in exploring the question:
Are we as human beings, an expression of the larger organism we call planet- perhaps even an expression of her imagination, her intention and her dreams?
As an ecotherapist Grace will guide you in soul tasks that offer you the opportunity to open to a new and dynamic relationship with the Earth – as Lover, as Mother and as Teacher.
She will assist you to draw on symbols from your dreams, guided imagery and life experiences to make tentative and timid, courageous and sensual overtures to a fully animate planet. You will be guided in dialogues with nature that come from your own innate capacity to communicate with the landscape and her inhabitants.
In learning to listen once again to the message that comes from the earth, your own capacity to become more fully human grows. You will find yourself more rooted in your belief that you have a right to be here. Your heart will open to the human and other-than-human world with new insight and compassion. And, finally, as you come to understand your own stories weaved in among the timeless stories of the Earth you will come to understand the synergistic relationship you have to a vulnerable planet that now, more than ever, needs you as much as you need her.
Grace draws from rich personal and professional resources in her healing, teaching and group facilitation work.
As a psychotherapist she combines her professional training in nursing with graduate studies in health promotion and an extensive knowledge of psychology and spiritual and soul-based practices. She weaves together therapeutic approaches from depth psychology, energy healing, and nature based wisdom traditions. A gifted intuitive, Grace's approach is heart centred and deeply compassionate.
