- Practice your inner vision- spend time checking in with your
energetic anatomy. How open or closed is each chakra? What obvious
clouding, density or wounding is showing up? Take note of how
are you behaving or feeling in relation to these energetic disturbances.
- Practice clairvoyance: do energy scans on yourself (in the mirror),
or accommodating family members, friends and pets. Allow yourself
to recognize even faint visual clues and build on these.
- “Call up” the energy of famous people and practice
“reading” their energies. Ask yourself what their
dominant chakra(s) are and note the evidence for your beliefs
about them.
- Develop and nurture a “repertoire” of energy readings.
How do you visualise energy fields in others? How does it affect
your energy field to be near someone who is angry, happy, critical?
Do various emotions show up in similar or different ways? What
is it that you are noticing that tells you these things?
- Practice healing visualisations.
- Maintain a regular meditation practice - meditation allows
you to learn detachment from ego thoughts and beliefs, enabling
you to better discriminate your own truth.
- Resolve to live your life in “witness consciousness”,
observing yourself and your actions from the place of a detached,
dispassionate observer.
- Notice physical discomforts and spend time tracking where they
connect into your energy system. Healing often comes with simple
compassionate awareness of mental or emotional body beliefs or
feelings.
- Begin to accept the authority of your own inner knowing. Trust
your inner voice, asking humbly for divine guidance. Then proceed
with courage and authority to make decisions in your life.
- Look for the symbolic importance behind all events or interactions
- the recognition that there is meaning and purpose to all that
happens.
- Allow quiet time each day to visualise what you want and need
and create clear pictures and affirmations of these coming to
pass
- Practice energetic awareness - in your car, at work, with your
family and friends. Notice to what degree your knowledge of others
comes from your intuition. Pay attention to when your hunches
pan out. Become tuned in to your inner awareness.
- Make notes of synchronistic events in your life - and your
ability to manifest your vision into reality. By dismissing these
events as chance occurrences or “luck” you rob yourself
of your own clairvoyant power.
- Record and work with your dreams - what unconscious patterns,
inferences or archetypal images reappear? What messages do your
dreams give you for living your life in a clearer, more aware
way?
