Grace draws from rich personal and professional resources in her
healing, teaching and group facilitation work.
As a psychotherapist she combines her professional training in
nursing with graduate studies in health promotion and an extensive
knowledge of psychology and spiritual and soul-based practices.
She weaves together therapeutic approaches from depth psychology,
energy healing, and nature based wisdom traditions. A gifted intuitive,
Grace uses her clairvoyant skills to offer insights for healing.
Her approach is heart centred and deeply compassionate.
Grace is also a passionate and engaging teacher whose greatest
joy is to ignite a longing for soul remembrance in others and to
empower others to live an authentic, purposeful life.
Grace’s professional career has included work as manager
of public health programs in Toronto and Waterloo Region. She is
presently a part time clinical instructor in community health at
York University. Grace received a Master’s Degree in Health
Promotion from the University of London, England in 1995, and has
since developed numerous workshops on human energetic anatomy, spiritual
psychology, supporting the soul’s journey and the path to
enlightenment.
Grace graduated from the Ninegates Mystery School in California
in 1994. She continues to work with Bill Plotkin PhD at the Animas
Valley Institute in Colorado where she practices soul-and-nature
based skills and the art of guiding vision quests.
