As a psychotherapist she combines her professional training in nursing with graduate studies in health promotion and an extensive knowledge of psychology and spiritual and soul-based practices. She weaves together therapeutic approaches from depth psychology, energy healing, and nature based wisdom traditions. A gifted intuitive, Grace’s approach is heart centred and deeply compassionate.
Grace is also a passionate and engaging teacher whose greatest joy is to ignite a longing for soul remembrance in others and to empower others to live an authentic, purposeful life.
Grace’s professional career has included work as manager of public health programs in Toronto and Waterloo Region. She is presently a lecturer in the School of Nursing at York Universitywhere she teaches Community as Partner and Communicating and Relating in Complex Situations. Grace received a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion from the University of London, England in 1995, She has developed numerous workshops on human energetic anatomy, spiritual psychology, supporting the soul’s journey and soulful connection to the natural world.
Grace graduated from the Ninegates Mystery School in California in 2004. She also studied intensively with Bill Plotkin PhD at the Animas Valley Institute in Colorado where she studied soul-and-nature based skills and the art of guiding vision quests.
